EraseRadon provides professional radon testing and radon mitigation services for residential and commercial properties. All Services are subject to availability and are performed in accordance with applicable EPA guidance and local regulations.

3. Service Conditions

a. Testing Services

• Test results represent conditions only at the time of measurement
• Accurate testing requires undisturbed conditions
• Clients must follow all pre-test instructions
• Radon levels naturally fluctuate and may change over time

b. Mitigation Services

• Mitigation systems are designed in accordance with EPA guidelines
• Installation timelines depend on property-specific conditions
• Post-mitigation testing is included to verify system performance
• No mitigation system eliminates all radon or health risk

4. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

6. Property Access

Clients must provide safe, clear access to all areas required for testing or mitigation. EraseRadon is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or incomplete services caused by access limitations.

7. Limited Workmanship Warranty

EraseRadon warrants that:

• Services will be performed in a professional manner
• Mitigation systems will be installed according to industry standards
• Workmanship defects will be addressed at no additional cost

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, alterations, or external factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

EraseRadon's liability is limited to the amount paid for Services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Property damage not caused by our negligence
• Health outcomes related to radon exposure
• Results of testing or mitigation performed by others

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate property information
• Follow all testing and mitigation instructions
• Maintain clear access to work areas
• Notify EraseRadon of any property changes affecting radon levels
• Conduct periodic re-testing as recommended

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EraseRadon and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Georgia, in accordance with Georgia law.

12. Changes to Terms
